Good article on mediation, lot of good lines which can be used in philosophical question related to ADR in CLD section of law optional. Article from the hindu today.
Such a remarkable advice by ambedkar in Constituent assembly debate on what can be done for uniform civil code. He suggests to have optional law and allow people to accept them giving a declaration.

No doubt it's most suitable way. Can be written in philosophical question related to UCC both in law optional as well as gs paper 2 in UPSC mains.
Gandhi on human right. Good addition for geneic question on definition or effectiveness of human right in international law syllabus.

Yellow lined para is quite remarkable, I read it for the first time that Fundamental duties can be enforced as well in CPC.

Still if a question comes in prelims it's it enforceable? You have to answer it no !

This and earlier page is from book by Late Mr Fali Nariman, You must know your constitution.
When your Indian genes kicks in at 40s. It has happened to me, it will happen to all of you currently in 20-30s. 😂

Usually I don't send these but little chuckle is always good.

Guys as courts are closed and not much significant judgement vis a vis law optional hence no current affair this week.

Hopefully either side is enjoying/not enjoying election results. Will update next week !
Guys it's 1:30 PM and on election result day suprisingly found Justice Ganguly (Former judge) Calcutta High court, BJP candidate sipping coffee with us in CP coffee house.

Total sign he accepted defeat. May be two year more on bench would have been more better for him instead of resignation. 😂
