⛩ Japanese Metaplanet, which has already accumulated 44 000 BTC, is entering the American market — Super League shareholders approved a deal under which the company will transfer 2100 BTC and $2.5 million in exchange for 95.7% of the shares.

After its completion, Super League will be renamed to Superplanet, and Metaplanet will be able to raise funds for further Bitcoin purchases directly in the US and Japan.
