🇻🇳 The Vietnamese government has approved a pilot project for crypto asset trading: only local companies will be allowed to participate, with all settlements conducted in dong, and assets must be backed by real-world value.

Exchanges are required to have a minimum capital of 10 trillion dong ($379 million), with 65% of funds contributed by institutional investors, while foreign participation is capped at 49% and limited to investor status only.
