🛑 تفاوت بین During و While

🔻 مهمترین تفاوت موجود بین این دو کلمه این است که بعد از during اسم قرار می گیرد و بعد از while نهاد (subject) و فعل


🔹 "I don't always take notes during class

🔸 "They all took notes while the professor gave the lecture."

🔹 "What did you discuss during dinner tonight?

🔸 "My friend made dessert while I cooked dinner

خیلی از ما فکر می‌کنیم وقتی اسم Present Simple می‌آید، فقط باید do و does را بلد باشیم. اما بعد ناگهان با جمله‌هایی مثل این روبه‌رو می‌شویم:
«She is happy» یا «She can swim».
و از خودمان می‌پرسیم: پس چرا اینجا خبری از do یا does نیست؟

برای همین است که باید ساختارها را تفکیک کنیم
🔹 1. جملات با فعل be (am / is / are)
در این حالت، خود be برای سؤال و منفی کردن استفاده می‌شود.
> She is happy.
➜ Is she happy?
➜ She isn't happy.
---
🔹 2. جملات با سایر افعال اصلی (Main Verbs)
مثل:
play, study, work, know, like...
اینجا چون فعل کمکی وجود ندارد، برای سؤال و منفی کردن از do / does کمک می‌گیریم.
> She studies English.
➜ Does she study English?
➜ She doesn't study English.
---
📌 پس can، should و must چی؟
اینجاست که خیلی‌ها این دو مبحث را با هم قاطی می‌کنند.

Modal Verbsمثل can و should
اصلاً بخشی از درس Present Simple نیستند؛ آن‌ها یک مبحث مستقل هستند
نکته کلیدی اینجاست: مودال‌ها زمان نیستند! آن‌ها «وجه» (Mood) جمله را تغییر می‌دهند (توانایی، اجبار، توصیه و...).

اما چون روش سؤالی و منفی شدنشان دقیقاً شبیه be است، باعث سوءتفاهم می‌شوند:
> She can swim.
➜ Can she swim?
➜ She can't swim.

در درس‌های مقدماتی، این فعل‌ها معمولاً در جمله‌هایی با زمان حال دیده می‌شوند؛ اما جزو ساختار اصلی Present Simple نیستند

💡 قبل از سؤالی یا منفی کردن زمان حال ساده، از خودت بپرس:
آیا جمله از قبل یک فعل کمکی دارد؟
✅ اگر دارد، از همان استفاده کن.
✅ اگر ندارد و فقط یک فعل اصلی دارد، از do / does کمک بگیر.
