We've fixed an issue that could occasionally result in unexpected matches. From now on, you'll only match with people you've actually liked.

Choosing your location is now easier than ever. You can quickly select your country and city to help connect with people in the places that matter most to you.

📸Profile Photo Update

Today we've started sending notifications to all users asking them to update their profile photos.

We've updated our photo verification system to help keep Dating a place for real people and authentic profiles. This is an important step toward making the community safer, more enjoyable, and more comfortable for everyone.

If you receive this notification, please upload new profile photos that clearly show your face.

Please note that this update is required. If your photos are not updated or do not pass verification, access to the app will be temporarily restricted until your profile meets the new requirements.

If your current photos don’t meet these requirements, you’ll need to replace them before continuing to use @Dating.

We’ve made a few changes to make finding and connecting with people in Dating even easier.

📍Location is now required

If your profile doesn’t have a location yet, the next time you open Dating you’ll be asked to select your country and city.

This helps us show you more relevant profiles and makes it easier to find your soulmates nearby.

💜 Stories are now visible in profiles

When someone has created a Story, you’ll now see it directly while browsing profiles.

Open their Story, see what they wanted to share, and if it resonates with you — respond. Sometimes a Story can tell you more about someone than a profile ever could.

✨ A refreshed Stories experience

We’ve also slightly updated the design of cards in the Stories section to make browsing and responding feel simpler and more comfortable.

🛡 A safer @Dating

We’ve added a new Report system to make @Dating a more comfortable and respectful place for everyone.

You can now report a user in two situations:

👤 While browsing profiles

If you come across a profile with inappropriate photos, content, or anything that doesn’t belong in @Dating, you can report it directly from the profile.

💬 After you start chatting

If a conversation has already started and someone behaves inappropriately, you can also report that user directly through the bot.

Reports help us notice problematic profiles and behavior faster and keep the community safer for everyone.
