🚨🎙️ THREAD: The Biden ghostwriter tapes are out.

Tonight the Oversight Project ( @ItsYourGov ) released roughly 70 hours of audio from Joe Biden's 2016–2017 interviews with his "Promise Me, Dad" ghostwriter, Mark Zwonitzer, the same recordings Special Counsel Robert Hur cited in 2024. They came out only after a two-year court fight with DOJ that Biden's own lawyers tried, and failed, to block.

I've started going through them. Across five of these interviews, with no cleared person in the room, Biden pauses to flag his own notes as classified or too sensitive to hand over. On one tape he says it out loud:

"Some of this may be classified, so be careful." (April 24, 2017. Audio below.)

No thesis yet, analysis is ongoing. But here are the biggest quotes so far, in Biden's own words, each with a timestamp you can check against the audio.

"early on, um, in '09, I just found all the classified stuff downstairs."

Biden reads his diary aloud to Zwonitzer, narrating a classified National Security Council meeting (Austin, Dunford, Blinken, Obama, Carter, Brennan), then:

April 24, 2017 [0:45:31]. On the handwritten records he kept from office:

"I had all those at the house in a safe. I don't know what… they made me do with them."

April 26, 2017 [0:03:20]. The "gray area," on tape:

Zwonitzer: "This is probably something that goes to the presidential papers."
Biden: "I don't think so. It's in between."
Zwonitzer: "So that's the gray area."

November 3, 2016 [0:19:55]. Flipping through his own notes for the ghostwriter:

"This is classified. It's all, it's, it goes to the 17th."

October 10, 2016 [0:04:09]. Showing Zwonitzer notes he'd held onto:

"this is my… They didn't even know I had this."

Not all of it is about paper. April 24, 2017 [0:56:54], on why no one went to prison after 2008. Biden calls Jamie Dimon "a big Barack supporter early on," then:

"people should have gone to jail."

Same conversation [0:57:22]:

"even though we weren't, quote, 'tied to Wall Street bankers,' we were pretty well tied to Wall Street bankers."

Believing that "only a military trained person could have crawled on that roof" requires ruling out every untrained person on earth.

Saying "that's not proven" just requires Candace not having proven it. And she hasn't.

I'm not going to post the leaked video Candace Owens showed today. The judge ordered it withheld from the media, and whoever leaked it belongs in jail.

But let's address the "military crawl" claim.

I'm not in the military. So I watched a stack of army crawl videos. Not one matched what Tyler was doing on that roof. Then, to be thorough, I asked @infantrydort, someone who actually has been in combat, whether it was a recognized military technique.

His exact words: "that's some idiot crawling on a roof with no military training whatsoever."

So that talking point is dead.

That's what data analysis looks like. You don't run with the first assumption that falls out of your gut, like "this guy's in better shape than me, so he must be trained." You test the counterfactual. You ask people who actually know.

Here's why they were so desperate to cover up the lab leak:

The 2003 SARS outbreak exposed how outdated WHO's disease rules were, since the old International Health Regulations only covered a few named diseases. In response, the World Health Assembly launched a revision process.

By 2004, avian flu drove CDC and global experts to draft the Manhattan Principles, which coined "One Health," a plan to unite human, animal, and environmental health to stop zoonotic outbreaks before they start.

In 2005, WHO member states unanimously adopted the updated International Health Regulations (IHR 2005), legally binding all countries to detect, report, and respond to any event that might become a global health emergency.

That framework began taking shape in practice with USAID's PREDICT program (2009), which hunted new zoonotic viruses worldwide and trained scientists in the One Health approach. One of its partners was EcoHealth Alliance, which later collaborated with the Wuhan Institute of Virology to study bat coronaviruses under a 2014 NIH grant.

Meanwhile, WHO, FAO, and OIE formalized their Tripartite Concept Note in 2010, turning One Health into an institutional partnership. This tripartite later became a key partner in the Global Health Security Agenda (GHSA), launched in 2014 by the U.S. and allies to accelerate IHR 2005 compliance.

EcoHealth Alliance and the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security both participated in GHSA networks. Hopkins would go on to stage the infamous Clade X (2018) and Event 201 (2019) pandemic simulations which happened just months before the COVID-19 outbreak.

At the same time, the Sendai Framework (2015) wove biological threats into global disaster planning and introduced the "Build Back Better" language for post-crisis recovery, further cementing IHR 2005 principles in international policy.

So by the mid-2010s, the global outbreak response framework and the virus discovery networks had fused into one system.

In other words: the same institutions doing the gain-of-function COVID-19 research were also heavily involved in creating the response playbook and doing the scenario games. It was all happening in parallel. We likely would not have had COVID-19 in the first place if we had never adopted the IHR 2005 regulations in the first place.

The pandemic created its response, but the response also created the pandemic. That's the cover-up.

NGOs have long selected Utah as a ground zero pilot for social engineering programs based on foreign conflict resolution / regime change techniques, as @iamlisalogan and @ConceptualJames have been reporting for a long time.

The most concerning of those projects is the Dignity Index, which can only be described as a speech social credit scoring system. These and other UN/bridge-building adjacent efforts occurred at Utah state universities including UVU.

So the most divisive political assassination most in recent United States memory happened at one of those universities. Note that Tyler Robinson and Lance Twiggs were all incubated in this experimental ecosystem.

So, to institutionally protect themselves, these NGOs all got on a phone within hours and convened a giant emergency gathering. Mormon Women for Ethical Government (MWEG) registered turntoward[.]us the day after Charlie's death. They leveraged political and media contacts to use the opportunity to further Dignity Index as a solution to Kirk's assassination, disguising themselves as the solution rather than questioning why for all their efforts UVU was the home to the assassination.

These NGOs would go onto publicly celebrate the increase in membership and support they received in the days after Kirk's assassination.
