We are hiring a Data Analyst with a Product based IT company.
Location: Pune or Work From Home
Experience: 3-8 years
Education:
Graduate in Engineering (Strongly preferred) or Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Data Science, Operations Research, Decision Sciences, Computer, or Information Science or other related technical or quantitative fields
Past Experience:
3+ years of work experience as a data analyst, working with data warehouses required, with responsibility for compiling large data sets
Experience with complex SQL or Python scripting. Working knowledge of Excel. Scripting language experience in Python is a must
Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools preferred
Knowledge of and some experience of any Big Data/Cloud Platform preferred
Job Description:
Involved in data entry, loads, transformations, extractions, merges, or other production jobs
Analyzes structured and unstructured data for business insight
Parses, validates, and scrubs data of widely differing formats
Identify, assess, fix, document, and communicate potential quality issues in the way data is collated, stored, processed, or used
Involve in report preparation and loading error free data by monitoring discrepancies through system generated reports and sample checking
Validate output product data delivered on daily basis against the stored database
Understand and interpret the data calculations and validation within the system, troubleshooting the issues related to the system usage and maintain data quality
