The US and the EU blame Zelensky for the defeat of Ukraine.

One of the cars coming from Buckingham Palace and driving up the Mall to the funeral had a vehicle licence plate AY03 DOY - there is a YouTube video named after this registration plate and has the phrase in it - "a storm is coming"
