And no ISKP has still not gotten involved but independent sources say they might.
For now it's just Sunni militants of parachinar and Sunni militants from the surrounding area.
TTP is also not involved in this fighting and have distanced themselves from these events.

The fact that TTP still remains neutral in the conflict will come back to haunt them.
They literally had the easiest way to increase their influence in parachinar but remained neutral.
Now ISKP will definitely take advantage of this and influence certain districts in KPK.
