2– Customer Service Assistant (noun) – a person dealing directly with customers
Example: The Customer Service Assistant answered all client queries professionally.

3– communication skills (noun phrase) – the ability to communicate effectively
Example: Excellent communication skills are essential for a Customer Service Assistant.

4– genuine passion (noun phrase) – if you have a passion for something, you like it very much
Example: She has a genuine passion for helping people.

5– challenging role (noun phrase) – a positive word for something which is exciting and difficult
Example: He applied for a challenging role in finance.

6– fast-paced environment (noun phrase) – if an environment is fast-paced, things happen quickly
Example: Working in a fast-paced environment requires good time management.

7– report to (phrasal verb) – if you report to someone, he/she is your boss
Example: As a Customer Service Assistant, you will report to the Customer Service Manager.

8– previous experience (noun phrase) – experience of this type of job from before
Example: No previous experience is necessary as full training is provided.

9– training (noun) – all the training you need for a job
Example: Full training will be given to new employees.

10– career prospects (noun phrase) – job opportunities for promotion and career development
Example: The post offers excellent career prospects to suitable candidates.

11– leadership qualities (noun phrase) – the ability to lead a group
Example: Candidates with leadership qualities are highly valued.

12– competitive salary (noun phrase) – as good as, or better than, other salaries for similar jobs
Example: The position offers a competitive salary.

13– benefits package (noun phrase) – all the extra benefits that a company offers (as well as a salary)
Example: The benefits package includes pension, healthcare plan, and subsidised meals.
