sqlalchemy ended support for all Saitama based bots Marie based bots and some userbots using SQL DB from today's update

So, Most bot will be already down or may get down after updating

Here is the Solution
limit sqlalchemy version to 1.3.20

in requirements.txt change
sqlalchemy==1.3.20
