³ ትእዛዛቱንም ብንጠብቅ በዚህ እንዳወቅነው እናውቃለን።
⁴ አውቄዋለሁ የሚል ትእዛዛቱንም የማይጠብቅ ውሸተኛ ነው እውነትም በእርሱ ውስጥ የለም። ”

“ ³ And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.⁴ He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

⁷ ወንድሞች ሆይ፥ ከመጀመሪያ የነበረቻችሁ አሮጌ ትእዛዝ እንጂ የምጽፍላችሁ አዲስ ትእዛዝ አይደለችም፤ አሮጌይቱ ትእዛዝ የሰማችኋት ቃል ናት።8 ዳግመኛ አዲስ ትእዛዝን እጽፍላችኋለሁ፥ ይህም ነገር በእርሱ በእናንተም እውነተኛ ነው፤ ጨለማው ያልፋልና እውነተኛውም ብርሃን አሁን ይበራል።”

“Brethren, I write no new commandment unto you, but an old commandment which ye had from the beginning. ⁹ በብርሃን አለሁ የሚል ወንድሙንም የሚጠላ እስከ አሁን በጨለማ አለ።¹⁰ ወንድሙንም የሚወድ በብርሃን ይኖራል ማሰናከያም የለበትም፤¹¹ ወንድሙን የሚጠላ ግን በጨለማ አለ፥ በጨለማም ይመላለሳል፥ የሚሄድበትንም አያውቅም፥ ጨለማው ዓይኖቹን አሳውሮታልና።

እግዚአብሔር በሚገኝበት ጊዜ ፈልጉት፥ ቀርቦም ሳለ ጥሩት፤

“እግዚአብሔር ብድራትን ይመልስልኛል አቤቱ፥ ምሕረትህ ለዘላለም ነው፤ አቤቱ፥ የእጅህን ሥራ ቸል አትበል።”

እናንተ ደካሞች ሸክማችሁ የከበደ ሁሉ፥ ወደ እኔ ኑ፥ እኔም አሳርፋችኋለሁ።

¹² ልጆች ሆይ፥ ኃጢአታችሁ ስለ ስሙ ተሰርዮላችኋልና እጽፍላችኋለሁ።

አንተን ተስፋ የሚያደርጉ አያፍሩም፤ በከንቱ የሚገበዙ ያፍራሉ።

“ዓለምን ወይም በዓለም ያሉትን አትውደዱ፤ በዓለም ያለው ሁሉ እርሱም የሥጋ ምኞትና የዓይን አምሮት ስለ ገንዘብም መመካት ከዓለም ስለ ሆነ እንጂ ከአባት ስላልሆነ፥ ማንም ዓለምን ቢወድ የአባት ፍቅር በእርሱ ውስጥ የለም።”

“ዳዊትም በዜማ ዕቃ በመሰንቆና በበገና በጸናጽልም እንዲያዜሙ፥ ድምፃቸውንም በደስታ ከፍ እንዲያደርጉ መዘምራኑን ወንድሞቻቸውን ይሾሙ ዘንድ ለሌዋውያን ኣለቆች ተናገረ።”

እንደ ዳዊት ሁሉ እግዚአብሔርን በደስታ እናወድስ! የቃል ኪዳኑ ታቦት ሲደርስ ሕዝቡን በታላቅ ደስታ መርቷአቸው ። የእሱን ምሳሌ በመከተል ለእግዚአብሔር ያለንን ፍቅር ፣ ያለንን ወሰን በሌለው ደስታ እንግለጽ። ወደ ድል የሚያደርስ መንገድ  ውዳሴ ነው!

እግዚአብሔርን መፍራት ወደ ሕይወት ይመራል፤ የሚፈራውም ጠግቦ ይኖራል፥ ክፉ ነገርም አያገኘውም።

“ዓለሙም ምኞቱም ያልፋሉ፤ የእግዚአብሔርን ፈቃድ የሚያደርግ ግን ለዘላለም ይኖራል።”

“And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.”

“ልጆች ሆይ፥ መጨረሻው ሰዓት ነው፥ የክርስቶስም ተቃዋሚ ይመጣ ዘንድ እንደ ሰማችሁ አሁን እንኳ ብዙዎች የክርስቶስ ተቃዋሚዎች ተነሥተዋል፤ ስለዚህም መጨረሻው ሰዓት እንደ ሆነ እናውቃለን።”
 

“Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time."

“And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

Jesus died and rose to give you life to the fullest. As a new creation in Christ, renew your mindset and feelings with biblical truths. Don't let the past control you, but live according to your new nature and God's plans will be revealed. Experience joy and abundance in your life!

⁴ በላባዎቹ ይጋርድሃል፥ በክንፎቹም በታች ትተማመናለህ፤ እውነት እንደ ጋሻ ይከብብሃል።
⁵ ከሌሊት ግርማ፥ በቀን ከሚበርር ፍላጻ፥
⁶ በጨለማ ከሚሄድ ክፉ ነገር፥ ከአደጋና ከቀትር ጋኔን አትፈራም።

As Christians, we must not fear the signs of the times. Despite the tragedies we see on TV, we must remember all that God has done for us. We must pray and believe that He will protect us. We must have faith, for without it, we cannot please God. Let us not forget the promises of God and the stories of His deliverance. These are the times that try our faith, but God will bless us all.

⁸ ተነሥተህም በሲዶና አጠገብ ወዳለችው ወደ ሰራፕታ ሂድ፥ በዚያም ተቀመጥ፤
⁹ እነሆም፥ ትመግብህ ዘንድ አንዲት ባልቴት አዝዣለሁ የሚል የእግዚአብሔር ቃል መጣለት።

Living an obedient life brings blessings, not just for you, but for others too. Elijah's survival depended on the obedience of two people: himself and a widow woman. She was ready to die with her son, but out of obedience she gave her last bit of flour to Elijah. Be obedient and everyone will benefit. God bless you.
