Life is meant to be lived and enjoyed because having ups and downs are always part of it just like a roller coaster ride. Make every moment count.

Have a great week!

Pain isn’t necessarily suffering. Pain is just alerting us to something we need to pay attention to and heal. If you don’t heal it, you’ll carry it into the next one and find yourself right back where you were again.

Never compare

Usually people tend to compare their lives with those of others. Social media platforms these days are only adding to the problem, making a lot of people unhappy (even though that portrayed social media's "happy life" is usually not happy at all). The happiest and strongest couples avoid comparing their relationship altogether. They understand that sometimes fights happen, sometimes their relationship can be worse than others, but they focus on mending and bettering their connection, instead of dreaming about someone else. Next time you feel like comparing what you have to what someone else has, remember why you fell in love with your partner in the first place.

There are no things or powers in life that can offer you a hand to your dreams except meeting new people who are better than you.You always can learn something from them.

Never ever get too attached to anyone unless they feel the same towards you, because one sided expectations can mentally destroy you.

Everyones color comes out as time passes. Those who stay when you are at your lowest deserves everything of you when you are on your highest.

Don’t react fast. Respond only after you understand the situation. Don’t react if you can ignore.

Stop worrying.
Worrying about things that are simply not in our control is only going to make us more hopeless and dejected. Try to envision your future positively instead of having negative thoughts about it.

Be Careful About the Words You Use
People underestimate the impact that their self talk has on their brains and lives. If you tell yourself that you are stupid, incapable of achieving success, or unlucky, you will bring those things into your reality. If you tell yourself that you are smart, capable, and powerful beyond measure, your brain will find ways to confirm these beliefs and help you build a more amazing life.Talk to yourself the same way that you would talk to a treasured friend.

Striving for perfection makes you a boring person. There is no such thing as a perfect person. The sooner you accept this, the sooner you can get rid of the notion that you have to be perfect in every way. Being real makes you more human and more interesting person.

Don't take life so seriously!
Learn to laugh at the little things and this whole β€œexistence” thing will be a whole lot easier. Be amused by your mistakes and failures and be thankful that you learned your lesson and won’t mess up like that again. And most importantly do things that you enjoy! Life is not strictly business, it can be mixed with pleasure.

We all make mistakes, have struggles and even regret things in our past. But You are not your mistakes, you are not your failures and you are here now with the power to shape your day and your future.

Accept your feelings
It’s tempting to believe that the best way to get through hard times is by ignoring painful emotions and β€œputting on a brave face”. But unpleasant emotions exist whether you choose to acknowledge them or not. Trying to prevent your emotions from surfacing will only fuel your stress, delay acceptance of your new situation, and prevent you from moving on.By allowing yourself to feel your emotions, you’ll find that even the most intense, upsetting feelings will pass, the trauma of these tough times will start to fade, and you’ll be able to find a path forward. Talk to someone you trust about what you’re experiencing
so that you can cease what you're feeling.

There’s nothing like a good sad song when you’re wallowing in pain, but you can also choose inspiring music to encourage you during bad days. It feels good to get a good cry out every once in awhile and those monster ballads can help make it happen. But more important are the energizing and reflective songs that make you feel good, empowered and strong.

Never build yourself with people. When the wall crashes down, you will fall alongside with it. Be your own pillar.
