Anxious people make great friends
Anxious people are often the most emotionally intelligent people. It's the upside to the downside of anxiety. They are often kind, thoughtful, emotionally strong as well as being funny (because they see life from all different angles). It's important to remind yourself of this because, it's easy to be negative about yourself. You might think of yourself as the one who gets too nervous to participate in things and worries what others think of you, but they rarely see you in the same light.

Your thoughts are like boomerangs. What you pass along to others is what will come back to you.

Healing isn't always soft. It can be loud and come in waves of angry tears. It won't always follow your rules, and on some days it may even bring out your deepest fears. It will feel like things are falling apart and the world sees you as a ghost. You will beg your house to burn down with you in it, just to feeling so lost. But beneath each breath is a small new start. A tiny margin of hope, when it feels like the healing becomes dirty and further apart. Because on each day you take a breath and admire all your rough edges, you step closer to realizing that there is no right or wrong in your healing. The hope will grow, your strength will sprout, and you will understand there is a validation to your feelings.

All frustrations are self-induced. The outside world can invite us to become upset, but we ultimately accept the invitation.

Never do something permanently foolish just because you are temporarily upset.

Cherish what you have in your life.
There will be times when you’ll envy what others possess or have achieved in their lives. This prevents you from seeing the good things in your own life and wastes energy that you could otherwise direct in working towards your success. Don’t fall into this trap. Learn to appreciate all that you have now.

Although our gut can fail us sometimes, it knows what’s up for the most part. Instinct and intuition are amazingly strong feelers when it comes to a bad situation.Once you’ve been in a toxic relationship, you know how it feels when things just aren’t right so you never ignore your instinct again. You learn your worth.

We can change the thought that is the source of negative emotions. We can change what to focus on. We can control what we tell to our selves repeatedly. We just need to work out everyday until we reach that point.

Happy Epiphany to all Christans celebrating all over the world!
You have to rise above. If any one try to push you in any kind of situation, don't be violent.
You’ll be surprised by people.
Some will restore your belief in humanity while others make you think that we are the worst species on the planet. Never judge people by their appearance. Always remain open about what you can learn from other people experiences. People rarely fall into easy to fit categories. When you stereotype without giving them a chance you will miss out on exciting opportunities, great friendships, and powerful learning experiences.

You’ll be scared to do things, but do them anyway.
Being courageous isn’t the same as not feeling any fear. To develop courage, do things even if you feel afraid. Push your envelope and build your confidence and courage.

You will finally embrace that mistakes are okay. We are all only human. We will mess up – often and in big ways. Here’s the good thing about this – we’re all messing up together. You aren’t alone. And mistakes are just one more way to rule out a way not to do things to get you closer to the right choices for your life. Instead of crashing and burning when things go bad, accept the failure and bounce back with gusto.

You know them – all the sayings people tell us that are supposed to make us feel better when we face tough times. But here’s the thing, finding a silver lining is darn near impossible when we are so stuck in our emotions and negativity that we can’t see it. The key to getting through pain is to clear away the cobwebs so we can see the potential for future joy in the first place. Only by going through your pain mindfully can you possibly learn any lessons. If you wallow, feel sorry for yourself, complain and victimize yourself, it only perpetuates and prolongs pain.

It’s easy to go through life living in regrets and focusing on the negative things of the past. It can be a challenge to shake off what has held you back and move forward towards a bright future. But as long as you focus on the negative baggage from yesterday, it’s going to keep you from getting to where you want to go. Focusing on your past mistakes, what hurt you and what didn’t work out can only stop you from the bright future you envisioned. To start afresh and move forward, there are a lot of things you are going to want to drop. Whether it’s a betrayal, bad childhood, divorce, bad job or any other things, you have to let it go and move forward. You cannot do anything about what happened in the past but you can do something about your future. Your past is not as important as what’s ahead; so you cannot let it poison your future.

Know your partner well before having relationship with them.

Think about why you are afraid to fall in love or be loved.
Consider your feelings and try to figure out what your main concern is. What are you afraid might happen if you allow yourself to love or be loved?
Try writing about your feelings to explore them in more depth. Writing about your fears concerning love may help you to identify the root of your fears and the act of writing may help you to work through some of your feelings as well.

Give yourself a time limit on decision making. Don't rush yourself, but limit yourself to a point where the decision is made before overthinking has a chance to take over.
