(亚庇十二日讯)由于发展商需平衡不断上涨的建筑成本，沙巴房地产市场预计将在今年第二季度迎来10%至15%的价格涨幅。
沙巴房屋与城镇发展局主席拿督马士雄巴纳(圖)表示，自今年1月以来，水泥、砖块、钢材和木材等建筑材料价格出现显著上涨趋势。
马来西亚统计局（DOSM）年初报告显示，四大建材价格涨幅分别为：水泥15%、钢材20%、砖块12%和木材10%。
马士雄在今日的媒体声明中指出，受原材料价格上涨和全球供应链紧缩的影响，本就高企的沙巴房地产市场今年料将进一步升温。
