The woman behind one of the largest crypto scam operations was sentenced today to up to 14 years in prison in the UK. Authorities currently hold the entire Bitcoin stash.

🇨🇳 JUST IN: China released a statement implying the U.S. may have had a role in the 2020 LuBian hack.

They questioned how the DOJ was able to obtain 127K BTC, and stated that the U.S. benefited after claiming legal ownership of the stolen Bitcoin.

The report also suggests U.S. agencies could have been involved in tracing, recovering, or even secretly controlling the stolen coins.

Once approved, Coinbase will be governed by Texas corporate law, not Delaware’s meaning lawsuits, board duties, and shareholder rights will now fall under Texas Business Courts.

🇬🇧UK authorities released footage of the arrest and raid on the “Queen of Crypto.”

Police seized $300K in cash and uncovered a hidden roadmap in her safe leading to her seed phrase which gave access to $5B in stolen Bitcoin.

She’s now been sentenced to 11 years in prison.
