⚠️JUST IN: AdShares, a Web3 protocol focused on P2P advertising transactions, was exploited for approximately $628K.

Reports say the problem happened because the system accepted fake bridge transactions. The attacker used the bridge wallet to approve several wrapTo() requests with fake transaction IDs, which let them create fake wADS tokens.

The attacker then exchanged those tokens for about 148.5 ETH and more than $305,000 USDC on Ethereum.
