Imo this is not a literal rendition of Trump as Jesus. It is a parallel that through Trump's actions, he is finishing what JFK Jr. started and, in a sense, he is resurrecting or bringing back to life the American ideals that Kennedy believed in just as Jesus brought Lazarus from the dead.
It also may possibly signify the return of JFK publicly who faked his death now made possible by Trump's actions thus far.
