PCCW will become the main ISP to connecte with China Telecom AS4134 in PVM.n2 network.

China Unicom still hasn't updated the routing prefix. We will make it going to PCCW first, after China Unicom update our prefix in their network, we will let China Unicom(AS4837) going to AS4809, and then going to our network by CDIA.

Due to the interruption of most of China Telecom's submarine cables, the latency and packet loss of China Telecom rate has increased.
For China Unicom, the packet loss occurs at AS4837 - AS3491. We are considering make China Unicom going to HKBN AS9269.
