Any messages, offers, guarantees or promises that appear on the Internet/Telegram and are not sent/announced from DMIT.io, DMIT.com, DMIT.dev website and/or any of our official Telegram Channels do not represent DMIT.

Since we connected the low-cost CMI, we have constantly stressed that this is not guaranteed. Even customers who get IPs blocked by CN and DMIT would not replace them. (But we will do it for Pro.)

All these are either explicit or implicit hints to customers not to expect quality service at this price level.
DMIT can't do it, and the market won't allow it.

DMIT never rejects low prices and never rejects low-spending customers. What DMIT does not want to do is sell unstable and unreliable products.

Lite Profile is the network Profile that DMIT uses to consume surplus resources and to prepare for future provisioning of BGP VMs. We are willing to add some new things to make valuable resources available to those who need them during the time.
DMIT reserves the right to cancel any product line and/or service that damages our infrastructure.

If this happens, you won’t be able to renew after the nearest due date.

Please read the TOS.

Do not buy DMIT service from sub-market.
Per request, CTGnet now detours the traffic from China to DMIT Tokyo via AS4134. But the return traffic from DMIT Tokyo to China was kept via CN2 - GIA [59.43.80.x in MTR]

It has way larger capacity to against DDOS. It won’t affect your experience.

In the alternative, AS4134 has lower latency to customer in some regions; with AS4809 in return routing, it might perform better.
For DMIT Pro customers, when your service is affected during an attack on the DMIT infrastructure, you will be reimbursed for the corresponding amount at the end.

During this time, DMIT prioritizes network tuning in the event of an attack: packet loss rate > latency.
DMIT is accessing a number of solutions to protect Pro resources in the Asia Pacific region.

Currently the Pro network profiles in Hong Kong and Japan are temporarily detoured.

After this comprehensive and targeted attack is over, we will reimburse you for your services.
For HKG.Lite:

Due to many factors we are temporarily (permanently) removing the CT CU direct connection for LITE. Just like we did months before.

Note: DMIT does not guarantee LITE routing.
DMIT will no longer restore CT CU Hong Kong Lite optimized routing.

If you have been defrauded by the secondary market in the past 30 days and have suffered losses.

Please provide us with all the information you can about the transaction at sales@dmit.com.

We will review all those informations.

If approved, DMIT will provide San Jose services which equivalent to the value of the transaction to try to cover your losses.

Only the transactions made between November 7 and December 7 for DMIT.HKG.Lite.TINY (in secondary market) will be accepted.

This is for courtesy.

DMIT never recommends that you purchase DMIT's services from the secondary market

The IP guarantee+ for LITE has been removed.

Please consider Pro if you need China Optimization.

DMIT won’t replace IP for new orders of LITE anymore. [ IP replacement policy in TOS won’t be effected. ]

We tried to provide cost-effective services to Chinese users, and in the end, we were rewarded with a deteriorating reputation.

DMIT will completely roll back the previous strategy.

Lite is the most standardized service. It’s budget targeting. We will focus on computing performance, as well as network technology.

The Pro network will continue to provide reliable services to price-insensitive clients who need China optimization.

What we are doing for HKG&TYO
1. Accessing ISP level Always-On DDoS protection.
2. Better In-house DDoS filtering.
3. Faster DDoS filter responding.
4. You will receive the reimbursement later.
Due to the recent HKG Pro service instability caused by the DDoS attack, DMIT will compensate you for 30 days of usage and the traffic counter will be zeroed out.

However, our anti-attack optimization is still in progress. We hope you will continue your business in DMIT.

This compensation will be posted to your service within 14 days.

Incident report:
Time frame: recent 24hrs.
Location: Los Angeles
Event: Observed null route on some Internet destinations.
Reason: Cogent port flapped, which caused FIB/RIB to be refreshed times. The unstable RIB routeing situation leads to a FIB ASIC writing error.

The routing has already recovered 8 hrs ago. The cogent route has been temporarily suspended. We’ll try to reactivate the Cogent session later. The route suppression on the Transit session has been configured.

All SJC and most LAX plans (starting with pockets) will not be suspended after traffic exhaustion now.

The rate limit will apply when out of traffic. The rate limit will be automatically removed on the billing date.

If your service have already been suspended, please send us a ticket to cancel the suspension.

If you feel that the network of your VM is very slow, please check if the traffic is exhausted before sending a ticket.
DMIT now accepts transfer reset requests

Previously we required you to upgrade your product to remove the suspension when your service is running out of transfer.

Now we will only limit your bandwidth, rather than service suspension.
If you want to unrestrict bandwidth of your data exhausted service, you can request a traffic reset.
When the traffic has been reset, the bandwidth limit will be restored.

(Coming to HKG/TYO soon, only available for SJC/LAX now.)
