China Telecom has an outage in LA.
All their clients in Los Angles are facing network degradation.

DMIT does not have an ETR from CTG. Update once we have any news.
We will complete all the aff withdrawal requests within this week.
Thanks for your patience.
Service Update:

DMIT (AS906) will disconnect with NTT(AS2914) in early September all locations.

====
DMIT understand the concerns of some customer:
For HKG,
DMIT (AS906) will use PCCW(AS3491) to connect with the AS4809 end user.

For TYO,
DMIT (AS906) will use CTGnet to announce prefixes to AS4809 only for Lite, and use another IP Transit for return Traffic. (This might need to be completed by Oct 1).

Please let us know if you have some specific connections that require AS2914.
=====
This email is to serve as confirmation of your intent to Full Termination of Account Ending on 09/01/2022. Your cancellation was received on August 01, 2022, per your Master Service Agreement your cancellation is effective 30 days from date of receipt (effective September 01, 2022). Your Billing will be disconnected as of September 01, 2022.
=====
Remove CTGnet announcement for HKG Pro and TYO Pro temporarily

All the IPs received 2~3Mbit/s NTP from the AS4134 network thru AS4809 which fully filled our network.
1 class-C = 256IPs. 3*256 = 768Mbps.

The RTBH won't help since all IPs are involved.

NOC is currently in contact with ISPs to find a solution.
LAX:
CFMT Private Peer Link & Internet Tunnel Link are all down.
Resolved.

We've noticed the ticket about SJC VMs. After the investigation, it was caused by the diversion routes of the DDoS Mitigation Cluster.

Since the SJC VM is still under OpenBeta, the health warning is not ready yet. This is the reason why we didn't notice the traffic drop.

Please understand that SJC is under OpenBeta, so we cannot offer SLA. That's the reason we offer an exclusive discount during this time.
1. SJC Team/Enterprise discount during OpenBeta

35%off when purchasing any non-SJC.TINY instance with quarterly payment over 30 units in a single order.

50% off for the same condition but semi-annually payment.

Ask the sales team for orders and detail.

2. SJC promotion bouns during OpenBeta
Lifetime 20% recurring affiliate bonus for new orders since now.
- Keep 20% cashback for all these orders(placed during this time) even after OpenBeta ends.
- After OB, the new orders (after promotion ends) will go back to 10% recurring..

LAX.Lite:
DMIT will migrate your VM from Los Angles to San Jose very soon.
- Your data will be saved and migrated;
- Your IP will be replaced to a brand new unused IP. IPv6 will also be changed;
- We still strongly recommend you to backup your data;
- Your price keeps the same;
- You will have one time 30% monthly value of your VM;

Due to overload, DMIT is currently unable to offer MEDIUM, LARGE, and GIANT models in Hong Kong now.

Our Ceph storage servers which were custom ordered from HPE has been detained by Hong Kong custom due to the latest HK US import restrictions.

The HPE AMD servers are listed as strategic items in Hong Kong customs due to they could be used for communication encryption.

Since the servers that we build cost DMIT about 15k USD. We have to delay our upgrade process in Hong Kong again. we are waiting for more revenues or customs to return our servers.

They are brand new none-OEM 3rd Gen AMD 32 core 10xU.3-NVMe 16x32G 3200 DDR4s servers with Dual Port CX-5 and Dual Port CX-4 installed. We are really sad on this. Those poor beauty servers. : (
For LAX.Pro: the orders with specifications larger than MICRO are temporarily suspended.

We will try our best to make it become available within 7 days.
