After inspection, it was caused by AS58453 peer with AS6461 in Miami Equinix last week; and AS58453 prefer the peering routes and didn't perform the geolocation community route path optimization.
We withdrawal the announcement to AS58453 from AS6461; Traffic from AS58453 will now be transited through NTT to DMIT.

* Layer 7 is only for sPro now; due to there are lots of customers run non-HTTP/s on TCP80/443; The protocol validity check will block these protocols.

To build the LAX-TYO-HKG mesh backbone and deploy the IGP routing protocol, DMIT NOC needs to do configuration on the HKG core router. This will lead to the unstable of the HKG network.
DMIT plans to complete the adjustment of the HKG core router by the end of this week.
DMIT LAX core network will be upgraded to 100G per uplink in Q3 2021, and the single rack uplink will be expanded to 160G. Our NOC will do the configuration of LAX-HKG and LAX-TYO while the upgrade at Q3 2021. The detail will be posted later.
