Because our system will not think the unpaid invoice is an activated service, and the new services will be arranged according to the load percentage which will be affected by the number of activated VM running on it.

Due to APCN2 cable fault, we have shut down the BGP Session which connects with China Unicom and China Mobile directly for a while. Our NOC will reconsider the China routing policy once TPE, APCN2 back to normal.
Since the latency between CU(AS4837) and CM(AS9808) is unstable and at the same time the CU backbone has no enough backup submarine cable for their IP Transit customers. We decide that we will use the below route-map for China Optimization.
China Telecom: CN2 GIA for both side,
China Unicom:
- AS4837 for from China to the US(When AS4837 backbone has no cable fault),
- CN2 GIA for from China to the US(When AS4837 backbone has cable fault);
- CN2GIA for the US to China.
China Mobile:
- From China to the US undecided, we are trying to do better
