Please note that we plan to enable our new Cisco Core Router at 24 and/or 25 Feb 2019. There will be an outage during switching the network to the new router.
Our new IP Transit Upstream will be available at the same time.
At the same time, after the upgrade is completed, we need time to deal with route optimization. at that time, it will also result in a certain period of time when Chinese routes cannot be directly connected. we will do this at night ( between 3: 00 and 6: 00 hong kong time )

Our new DDoS Firewall is available right now.
It will make very few packet loss (ICMP Only). Also, if you got very fewer clean packets/s when got DDoS Attack, it will make 10~15ms latency increased right now. The latency increase is happening because the packet forward engine is processing packet in batches.
Those errors will be fixed in the next patch which will be available in next few days by our DDoS Firewall vendor.

If you need to use NTP server, you can choose the server in EU/AU/NA/SA/AFR and/or Google Anycast NTP Server(The only server is allowed by DMIT in Asia ):

If you need to use a self-built NTP server, it is recommended to use tunnel protocol or add a non - 123 UDP port.
Also, we will drop all the packets which source port is 11211 to our network. There is no limitation on use port 11211 as a server in DMIT network.
