Please be guided by the updated procedure for securing excused absences. Requests will only be processed by the Associate Deans for approved medical, mental health, and other valid reasons, and must be supported with the necessary documents. Kindly review the updated guide below. 👇

[Requesting LOE for Voluntary Internships – New Process]

CCS ST Students needing Letters of Endorsement (LoE) for voluntary internships must send a request to the ST Practicum Coordinator.

Requests directed to other faculty and staff are prohibited.

Priority will be given to students taking their practicum (required) internships.

Students who need an LoE for their voluntary internships may start applying AFTER Sep 12 2025.
