LEARN TO FORGIVE!

Forgiveness is not merely a suggestion but a command from God. Jesus emphasizes this in the Lord's Prayer, where He instructs, "And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors" (Matthew 6:12, NIV).

This verse highlights that your own forgiveness from God is intertwined with your willingness to forgive others. Holding onto grudges or resentment not only affects our emotional well-being but also disrupts our connection with God.

The Bible makes it clear that unforgiveness can hinder our prayers. In Mark 11:25, Jesus says, "And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins." This verse implies that unresolved conflicts and bitterness can prevent your prayers from receiving answers.

Casting all your cares on the Lord is a powerful act of faith and trust in His sovereignty. 1 Peter 5:6-8 instructs us to humble ourselves under God’s mighty hand, acknowledging our need for Him in every area of our lives. By doing so, we allow God to lift us up in due time. The word "care" in verse 7 translates to "anxiety," emphasizing that you should bring your worries and concerns to God. In Philippians 4:6-7, we are reminded to stop being consumed by anxiety. Instead, through prayer, supplication, and thanksgiving, we are encouraged to present our requests to God. When we do this, an unexplainable peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. This peace acts as a garrison, a military stronghold, protecting our thoughts and emotions from the turmoil of worry and fear.

Prayer is your connection to God, and every man's promotion is determined by his devotion. You must prevail in prayers because it is through prayer that we access divine wisdom, strength, and direction. As a Christian, prayer gives you the advantage of aligning with God's will, tapping into His limitless power, and seeing supernatural results in every area of life.

Jesus emphasized this advantage when He said, "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you" (Matthew 7:7, ESV). This assurance reminds us that prayer opens doors that no man can shut, allowing us to experience God's provision and intervention.

THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO START YOUR BUSINESS!

Starting a business does not always require financial capital; In 2 Kings 4:1-7, you see how the Prophet Elisha provided a solution to a widow in need. When the widow came to him, she feared for her future, but Elisha asked her a critical question: “What do you have in your house?” (verse.2). This shows that the first thing you need to start a business is not necessarily money, it’s about recognizing the resources already in your possession, even if they seem insignificant.

The widow initially overlooked the importance of the pot of oil she had, just as many of us might overlook talents or opportunities because we do not consider them valuable enough. Could it be that you’ve made your God-given talents or passions an exception? Have you neglected the "pot of oil" in your life, thinking it’s too small?
