The proposal 115067 has shown that NNS (if DFINITY abstains) might be already today the largest most decentralized functional DAO in the world.

@sowmaler A lot needs to be worked out, but would say that the ckBTC + Lightning extension should collateralize its own channel (e.g. the NNS could buy BTC from a DEX, or something...). So transparent for ckBTC out, but going in would require sending wallet to lock some liquidity.
