Video Editing
โข Edit testimonials, event coverage, awareness videos, and promotional clips.
โข Add subtitles, logos, intro/outro sequences, and branding elements.
โข Ensure sound clarity, proper transitions, and platform optimization.
โข Maintain ethical and dignified presentation of beneficiaries.
Photo & Graphic Editing
โข Enhance, crop, and format photos for social media.
โข Apply branding elements and ensure respectful representation.
โข Refine flyers, posters, brochures, and campaign visuals.
Quality Control & Compliance
โข Ensure content has proper consent before publication.
โข Maintain confidentiality and safeguarding standards.
โข Submit finalized content on time according to the content calendar.
๐น Required Qualifications
โข Bachelorโs Degree in Media, Communication, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related field.
โข Proven experience in multimedia editing.
โข Strong written English skills (Amharic is an asset).
โข Proficiency in video and photo editing software (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
โข Strong attention to detail and creativity.
