The very 1st statement is put to ruin your confidence. 😕
These statements are neutral statements. They don't decide the answer and level of difficulty. You're gonna find answers from other statements.

The answer lies in statement 3.
3rd statement is easy. It's incorrect. You can easily guess that contempt of court is not defined in the constitution.
Option (c) and (d) are gone. 😄

Statement 1 and 2 are now irrelevant as they both are present in option (a) and (b)

Now it's all upto statement 4.
And again it's a generic statement. Parliament is obviously vested with law making powers.

So final answer would be (b)
1,2 and 4 are correct.✅

Whenever you get a tough statement and don't have any idea. Don't think Qs is difficult. Simply move on to next statements.

So ingore this statement and look for other statements.

Statement 1 and 3 seems extreme and vague. So both should be incorrect.

By elimination option (b) would be final answer.
Although UPSC dropped this Qu.
