לא צריך להיות ספק בעניין הזה. אנחנו מחויבים לתנאי ההסכם, ובעזרת האל נכבד אותם אם יהיה בכך צורך.

לפי הסכם מכה, תוקפנות נגד אחת המדינות תיחשב לתוקפנות נגד שלוש המדינות כולן.
