Itzik Buntzel, father of Paratroopers Reconnaissance fighter Sgt. Amit Buntzel, who fell in combat in Gaza during the War of Revival, is the newest reserved candidate on Likud’s Knesset list. The morning after October 7, both of his sons, Amit and Nadav, fighters and commanders in the Paratroopers Reconnaissance Unit, went to war. Around 60 days later, Amit was killed in battle in Gaza.
