צה"ל ושב"כ חיסלו מחבל גא"פ שלקח חלק בהחזקת חטופים ופיקד על מחבלים בטבח ה-7 באוקטובר

צה"ל ושב"כ תקפו בדרום רצועת עזה שלשום (א'), וחיסלו את המחבל טלאל ג'אבר מחמד עבד אלעאל, שמילא שורת תפקידים בארגון הטרור גא"פ.

אלעאל פיקד על חוליית מחבלים שפשטה לשטח מדינת ישראל ולקחה חלק בטבח ה-7 באוקטובר.

לאורך המלחמה, אלעאל לקח חלק בהחזקת החטופים שהיו בידי ארגון הטרור גא"פ בדרום רצועת עזה.

כוחות צה"ל בפיקוד הדרום פרוסים במרחב בהתאם להסכם וימשיכו לפעול להסרת כל איום מיידי.
