בית המשפט קבע כי אלוף פיקוד הדרום לשעבר דן הראל ישלם 35,000 ש"ח לח"כ צבי סוכות, לאחר שקבע כי לא הוכחה טענתו שלפיה "גדוד וחצי" הוסט לאבטחת סוכתו של סוכות ערב 7 באוקטובר.
השופט אף דחה את התביעה שכנגד שהגיש הראל נגד סוכות ויוסי דגן, וקבע כי הראל לא הוכיח את טענותיו. 🇮🇱📄⚖️

An Israeli court ruled that former Southern Command chief Dan Harel must pay 35,000 NIS to MK Zvi Sukkot after finding he failed to prove his claim that "a battalion and a half" had been diverted to secure Sukkot's outpost before October 7.
