Disagreements remain over one or two points in the Iran–U.S. memorandum of understanding document
A source involved in the negotiations told Tasnim that disagreements between Iran and the United States regarding one or two points in the emerging memorandum of understanding are still ongoing, and due to continued objections and difficulties from the U.S. side, a final decision has not yet been reached.
The source also stressed that Iran insists on exercising its rights, and that this position has been conveyed to the Pakistani mediator. According to the source, if obstacles from the U.S. side continue, it will not be possible to reach a final agreement on the memorandum of understanding document.
