באשר לרחפנים:
לפני כמה שבועות הוריתי על הקמת פרויקט מיוחד לסיכול איום הרחפנים, וכבר היום יוצג לי דו״ח התקדמות בנושא. זה ייקח זמן - אבל אנחנו על זה.

להסרת האיום: צה"ל חיסל מפקד במטה המבצעים של ארגון הטרור חמאס שקידם מתווי טרור נגד כוחותינו

כוחות צה"ל בפיקוד הדרום חיסלו אתמול (ש') את בהאא' בארוד, מפקד במטה המבצעים של ארגון הטרור חמאס.

לאורך המלחמה, ובתקופה האחרונה בפרט, בארוד פעל לתכנון וקידום מתווי טרור רבים של ארגון הטרור חמאס נגד כוחות צה"ל הפועלים ברצועת עזה ואזרחי מדינת ישראל בטווח הזמן המיידי.

בארוד היווה איום מיידי על כוחות צה"ל וחוסל בתקיפה מדויקת מהאוויר.

טרם התקיפה ננקטו צעדים כדי לצמצם את הפגיעה באזרחים, לרבות שימוש בחימוש מדויק ותצפיות מהאוויר.

כוחות צה"ל בפיקוד הדרום פרוסים במרחב בהתאם להסכם וימשיכו לפעול להסרת כל איום מיידי.

Yesterday (Saturday), the IDF eliminated Bahaa Baroud, a commander in Hamas Operations Headquarters.

Throughout the war, and particularly in recent weeks, Baroud operated to plan and advance numerous terror attacks on behalf of the Hamas terrorist organization against IDF troops and Israeli civilians in the immediate timeframe.

Baroud posed an immediate threat to IDF troops and was struck and eliminated in a precise aerial strike.

Prior to the strike, steps were taken to mitigate the risk of harm to civilians, including the use of precise munitions and aerial surveillance.

IDF troops in the Southern Command remain deployed in accordance with the ceasefire agreement and will continue to operate to remove any immediate threat.

על פי רדיו "לבנון חופשית", הנהגת חיזבאללה החליטה לקבור את הגופות בשטח לבנון עקב הקושי להעבירן לצנעא כרגע, בעוד שהנהגת החות'ים קיבלה הודעה רשמית עם רשימת השמות שהוסרו.

דיווחים בינלאומיים אישרו בעבר את נוכחותם של גורמים חות'ים הנלחמים לצד חיזבאללה בלבנון. ב-23 בספטמבר 2024, מקורות תימנים מסרו לרשת אל-עין כי לפחות 17 חות'ים נהרגו בתקיפות ישראליות על מחנות ואזורים בשליטת חיזבאללה.

מקורות מצביעים על כך שחיזבאללה מארח יחידה לוחמת של כ-360 לוחמים, כאשר החות'ים מהווים 70% מלוחמיו ומפקדיו, בעוד ש-30% הנותרים שייכים לחטיבת חיזבאללה העיראקית.

According to "Free Lebanon" radio, the Hezbollah leadership decided to bury the bodies in Lebanese territory due to the difficulty of transferring them to Sana'a at the moment, while the Houthi leadership received an official notification with a list of the eliminated names.

International reports have previously confirmed the presence of Houthi elements fighting alongside Hezbollah in Lebanon. On September 23, 2024, Yemeni sources told Al-Ain network that at least 17 Houthis were killed in Israeli strikes on camps and areas controlled by Hezbollah.

Sources indicate that Hezbollah hosts a fighting unit of about 360 fighters, with the Houthis constituting 70% of its fighters and commanders, while the remaining 30% belong to the Iraqi Hezbollah brigade.
