Sales Manager ( Flexible Packaging)

- Will report to GM Business Unit

Job Location:
Lagos, Nigeria

Job Description:
- Responsible for monthly sales revenues for flexible packaging division
- Responsible for Lead Generation & Opening New Accounts
- Identify potential customer list, meet decision makers and push them to make buying decision
- Grow existing active accounts
- Convert leads to active accounts
- Generate consistent sales volumes by active and regular accounts
- Understand customers monthly requirement, plan product and service offerings, sign longer lasting and higher value deals
- Keep abreast with changing dynamics of the market w.r.t competition, pricing, demand and supply gaps etc..

Qualifications:
- Graduate
- Minimum 6 years total of B2B sales experience in flexible packaging field out of which atleast 2 yrs should be in Nigeria
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Confidence and Determination
- Time management
- Ability to gather information systematically to establish facts and principles
- Problem solving
