With college applications looming, August SAT exam might be the last chance for Early Action/Decision applicants, so it's crucial to focus your efforts wisely. After many requests following my Ultimate Way to 1550+ file, I wanted to share some suggestions about 'Must-Avoid tips' in the next 20 days. Let's jump in!πͺ@D7posts
Don't Cram.
You have already invested a good amount of time in studying for the SAT. In this case, it is much better to avoid learning new material and focus on reinforcing what you already know: you can review critical math formulas and grammar rules with these files and revisit major themes and techniques for reading comprehension in these quality books.
Don't Skip Practice Tests.
Ignoring full-length practice tests might leave you unprepared for the exam's endurance challenge, leading to the loss of concentration easily. Solving 2 consecutive full-length practice tests might be significantly helpful to avoid this problem. Also, only practice with official SAT practice tests released by the College Board for the most accurate score and experience.
Don't Neglect Mental Health.
Knowledge is surely not the only thing you need to ace a good score on the SAT. Proper mental preparation, including the sleep routine, is unavoidably crucial to consider. You can take short breaks (try the pomodoro technique) and include a few physical activities in your study schedule. Last but not least, don't forget to maintain a balanced diet and ensure you get at least 7-8 hours of sleep to keep your mind sharp.
Most of all, keep that consistency.
You've prepared this far, now it's time to believe in yourself as you take those final steps. Stay positive and take it one section at a time - you've got this in the bag!

Here is my own explanation!
The correct answer is B, as the last portion of the text is non-essential dependent clause here. To maintain grammatical consistency and a smooth flow in this text, you need to use present participle 'containing'.
A and C should be eliminated mainly because both forms of verb would imply that the constitution once contained the features but no longer does, which is not the intended meaning in the text.
Why D is wrong? Well, because, in this part we don't have any independent clause in that part of the text, and using 'as' to give an example makes it a non-essential clause.
Remember there are 3 main ways of connecting 2 independent clauses:
With
1) Period(.)/Semicolon(;)
2) comma + fanboys (for, and, nor, but, or, yet, so)
3) Dash(-)/ Colon(:)

SAT 1560(superscore)
I am feeling so guilty by not fulfilling my promises I gave to my dad. I gave him a hope of 1600, but as it is evident, I could not make itπ . It comes without any preparation but the pure result of a 2-month of teaching. Anyway, all these what I am saying feel like excuses fr.
It is what it isπ«
But, I am feeling so honored to achieve that beatiful 800 math score finally after many unsuccessful attempts.
Also, I decided to retake it to prove to "some people" that I was not "lucky" and I didn't get really easy test when I got 1550 last time in june. Now, ig it should be enough to clear any possible doubts you had, or might have, on me.
Cheers, dears
