2 hours of workout doneβ
What's so bad is that I am afraid I broke, or at least badly hurtπ, my left hand last time when I hit the gym which was 2 days ago. But I felt a strong pain in my hand today when I started working out and that's why wrapped a sport bandage, so I guess it's just a type of injury.

π DEPENDENTS (SPOUSE AND CHILDREN πΏ)
F-1 student visa: F-1 holder's children and spouse are eligible to apply for an F-2 visa. F-2 children may attend full-time kindergarten, elementary or secondary school. Though, they are not eligible to apply for any work authorization in the U.S. π¨βπ©βπ¦
J-1 exchange visitor visa: J-1 holder's dependents are eligible to apply for J-2 visa. They can apply to USCIS for work authorization by demonstrating a need for supplemental support for self or children. π¨βπ©βπ§
