<<THANK YOU, SAKUBI, FOR THIS MORE COMPREHENSIVE LIST OF DRUGS THAT IMPAIR THE BODY'S ABILITY TO TOLERATE HEAT. PLEASE SHARE FREELY!>>
This is not a complete list, also there are many different mechanisms each medication can have that reduces heat tolerance.
Let me lay this out in a better manner, with some common recreational drugs added:
IF YOU TAKE THESE CATEGORIES OF MEDICATIONS OR DRUGS - TAKE THESE PRECAUTIONS
DO NOT TAKE DIPHENHYDRAMINE, PROMETHAZINE, OR DOXYLAMINE, IF YOU HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE. FIND ALTERNATIVE ANTIHISTAMINES, ALL THREE OF THESE IMPAIR THERMOREGULATION.
There is also ongoing studies into a link between dementia and those particular antihistamines as well: https://www.health.harvard.edu/blog/common-anticholinergic-drugs-like-benadryl-linked-to-increased-dementia-risk-20150128812
SSRIs or SNRIs, Oxcarbazepine, Levothyroxine, Lithium, Alcohol:
Drink lots of fluids, some of which should be electrolyte fluids such as Pedialyte. Dehydration is a bigger risk with these, as well as potential electrolyte imbalance from sweating. You will sweat a LOT.
Antipsychotics, Tricyclic Antidepressants, Topiramate, MDMA, Cocaine:
Stay away from hot areas, your sweating is impaired and your body cannot cool easily.
Aspirin, Amphetamine, Methylphenidate, Lisdexamfetamine, other stimulants:
Your body heat is elevated, expect to sweat more often, and stay in cool areas when possible. If you take stimulants with SSRIs or SNRIs, be prepared to stay indoors and have a LOT of fluids on standby.
NSAIDs such as Ibuprofen, Sulfonamides, Indinavir:
Stay hydrated, the damage to your kidneys from being dehydrated can be amplified.

Common anticholinergic drugs like Benadryl linked to increased dementia risk - Harvard Health
A report published in JAMA Internal Medicine several years ago highlighted a link between long-term use of anticholinergic medications like Benadryl and dementia. While this study and other observational studies have also found this association, it doesn't…

After yesterday's situation at the White House, I'm just reminded of this song.
