Amazon 云服务部门日前宣布运行 macOS 的实例现已开放使用，这些机器将运行在单独的硬件上而非虚拟机。macOS 实例将由搭载 Core i7 处理器的 Mac Mini 直接运行，不透过虚拟机。这些机器将运行 macOS 10.14 和 10.15，为苹果生态系统的开发者设计。因此用户可以利用 Mac Mini 全部的性能。发言人还称，搭载 M1 芯片的 Mac Mini 实例将于 2021 年上架。
