GitHub Actions 和 GitHub Package Registry 将于 11 月 13 日结束 Beta 阶段而转为正式版本，同时开始收费。付费模式是一如既往的 GitHub-style：开源项目免费，私有项目计费。
对于 Actions，免费用户每月有 2000 分钟的配额，超出配额部分按分钟收费*。将来用户将可以 self-host runner，使用 self-host runner 时不计费。
对于 Package Registry，免费用户的私有库有 500MB 存储和每月 1GB 流量限制，Actions 内调用此 registry 中的包不计在流量限制内。
