Point to be noted here is the court delivered judgment is High Court.
The High Court of Delhi held that asset declarations of Supreme Court judges should be disclosed if there is public interest in disclosure; where the interest is shown, the authority should consult the judge concerned and balance the interest in disclosure against privacy concerns.
Relevancy: Recent declaration of assets by judges of Supreme Court.

Yes it is always about good authority on a relevant finding of law in a judgment.
Currently the competitive exams tests the basics which is again difficult due to the volume but when a real societal problem arises then even toppers would barely pass in finding a law on real world societal problem which is not taught in any law school except for some moot court exercises which ks usually on substantial questions of law which never arises in practical situations.
So have you seen medical shops giving medicines without prescription, is this a problem?
