The Lokpal held that a Judge of the Supreme Court does not come within the ambit of its jurisdiction in terms of Section 14 of the Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act, 2013.

Gullu a Taxi driver was in a hurry, so he jumped the signal by 3 seconds after it becoming red.
Seth Ji on the other side of road was not in hurry other drivers too have not started moving the vehicle but seth ji saw the signal green and also gullu who is coming from his front drives at 50 KM and thereby causing accident and instant death of Gullu.
