Gullu a Taxi driver was in a hurry, so he jumped the signal by 3 seconds after it becoming red.
Seth Ji on the other side of road was not in hurry other drivers too have not started moving the vehicle but seth ji saw the signal green and also gullu who is coming from his front drives at 50 KM and thereby causing accident and instant death of Gullu.
Decide the liability if any
