βœ’οΈ Having a degree is easy but having the mindset of a lawyer requires combo of willingness and efforts.
This profession is citizen friendly profession that is why I believe everyone is a good lawyer if they have a good awareness and common sense to evaluate the information.

I believe its the Students which makes the institution, their say their stake both are high in any educational institutions.

If you are from NLU why it matters? The students will be of good personality, all other amenities are supplementary in nature.

Similar thing applies to any educational institutions whether government UNI or a coaching institute.

Even though my institute is not an aristocratic one, I am not CJI however We have the those minds which are eager and are adaptable to evolution.

In a nutshell if the students are ethical and active they can make robust changes in any institute.

Regulating Puffery:The No.1 Solution To Covert Disparagement https://www.livelaw.in/articles/regulating-puffery-solution-covert-disparagement-277080
Interestingly, even the DHC has supported such a similar claim in a different case. Just a month before the Kent case, in Dabur IndiaLtd. v. Advertising Standards Council of India, it had ruled that it is not possible for anybody to make an unsubstantiated claim that his goods are the best in the world. Consequently, Dabur was restrained from advertising that its toothpaste was the β€œworld's No. 1 ayurvedic paste”. However, it is puzzling why Pratibha Singh J. (presiding over both benches) disallowed Dabur's claim of 'No. 1' but permitting Kent's claim of providing the 'purest water

For current affairs revision refer any magazine and complete it in 3 days because u have already read daily CA from newspaper you just want some other important topics and their revision.

In Specific Performance Suit, Separate Relief For Possession Not Required When Transfer Of Possession Is Implicit In Agreement To Sell : Supreme Court https://www.livelaw.in/supreme-court/in-specific-performance-suit-separate-relief-for-possession-not-required…
The Court reasoned that when the 'transfer of possession' is implicit in contracts for the sale of immovable property under Section 55 of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882, even if possession is not explicitly sought, a suit for specific performance inherently involves elements that affect the property's location, making it a "suit for land." A suit for land is a suit in which the relief claimed relates to the title or delivery of possession of land or immovable property.

The Supreme Court observed that when possession of the immovable property is transferred implicitly upon execution of the sale deed, a separate suit seeking possession of the immovable property is not required under Section 22 of the Specific Relief Act, 1963 (β€œSRA”).
