1. Moinuddin was born in 1141 CE in Sistan, a province in Persia (Iran)
2. He was around 50 when he reached Ajmer sometime in 1191 (Battle of Tarain 1192)

The Delhi High Court applied this doctrine in the case of India TV Independent News Service vs Yash Raj Films. The court was considering a case where, on the chat-show INDIA BEATS, a guest sang portions of nine different songs, seven of which Yash Raj Films claimed they had a copyright over. The court applied the doctrine and rejected Yash Raj Filmsβ claims of copyright infringement. It stated that βWe cannot separate from the life of the performer her performancesβ and that in the setting of a chat show βas long as the singing duration is limited to a minute or so at a time, it would be a case of de minimis use, and hence the appropriation of the lyrics would not constitute an actionable violation of the copyright in the sound recording.

The-Broken-Windows-Theory Any apparent indicators of crime and civil disorder, such as broken windows, loitering, public drinking, and transportation fare evasion, create an urban atmosphere that promotes even more crime and disorder, according to the broken windows theory (Wilson & Kelling, 1982).
It is a trite principle that Prevention of Crime is More important than adjudication of criminal cases and to go into the root cause that is why role of executive is far more Important in Criminal justice system.

On the question as to whether the government was thinking of bringing an ALL-INDIA JUDICIAL SERVICE examination for the selection of judges, Meghwal said there was no consensus on the issue even though Article 312 of the Constitution provides for the establishment of All India Judicial Service (AIJS), which shall not include any post inferior to that of a District Judge.
