Missionary Schools in India: Silent Stormtroopers of Christian Imperialism - Hindu Dvesha https://stophindudvesha.org/missionary-schools-in-india-silent-stormtroopers-of-christian-imperialism/
Most of us have Studied in the Missionary schools invented by Britishers (William Carey)

The English Modern & scientific Education was great ๐Ÿ‘ however it has another side of the coin as well.

Very Less Indian Schools are left which teaches the already settled and rich culture based education and not by denying History altogether
.

No hate to any religion but to the Malice carrying people.

Truth is Bitter but it is the Truth

Even in Law today most of the old law schools and even new one has Political thought of only greek is in curriculum and not of India as if India had no Legal philosophy no polity during ancient medieval times and only britishers taught the greeks books to us.

The right to relationship here, includes the right to choose a partner, cohabit and enjoy physical intimacy with them, to live the way they wish to, and other rights that flow from the right to privacy, autonomy and dignity."

โœ… 2. Aureliano Fernandes vs State Of Goa, 2023 (POSH)

โœ“ As per Amicus the exercise was done for the first time from Judicial, Police, adminstrative DLSA sides that Yes there is overcrowding.

โœ“ Overcrowded prisons were not the idea of punishment-
Nothing could be more important than the fact that, maybe a person's right to moving around freely is curtailed but doesn't mean he/she has to stay in a place which is so dingy, so difficult, so crowded, in such conditions that the person goes out more ill...That's not the idea of punishment"

Importance of federal structure of the country was also underlined by the bench, saying that it shall be ensured that governance of State is not taken over by the Union.

๐Ÿ’ฏ โœ“ If the officers felt insulated from the control of the government, it would dilute accountability and affect governance. Thus, 'in a democratic form of government, real power of administration must rest with the elected arm' of the government.

HELD- National Capital Territory of Delhi had legislative and executive power over administrative services in the National Capital, excluding matters relating to public order, police and land.

โœ… 6. On Independence Of Judiciary (Speech)

"The honest policeman rigs the evidence to convict the man he knows is guilty. Perhaps it is the only way he can get a conviction. The dishonest policeman rigs the evidence to convict a man he knows is innocent."

Waqf Act,1995: A Tool given to Waqf Boards to snatch the property of Anyone ? https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/blogs/myview/waqf-act1995-a-tool-given-to-waqf-boards-to-snatch-the-property-of-hindus/
๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ“œ This Act is in Newsโ€”

The Above Article is Based on Common Topic on Powers of Waqf. (Thought provoking)

This Article is on Recent Changes bought by Parliament

https://forumias.com/blog/the-waqf-amendment-bill-2024-key-changes-reasons-and-concerns-explained-pointwise/

Parliament is very late in bringing such an amendment, India being a country focusing more on social justice, secularism then how can there be such a law without any check and increasing its Powers by further amendments from so many years that too after the passing of places of worship act.

๐ŸŒŸ MUST READ ARTICLE

๐Ÿ‘จโ€โš–๏ธ 1. Mistake by B.R. Ambedkar

Discussing the drafting of consultation (collegium one) provision in the constitution, Noorani criticised even B.R. Ambedkar for blithely telling the constituent assembly on May 24, 1949, that โ€˜judiciary decides cases in which the government has, if at all, the remotest interest; in fact, no interest at all. The judiciary is engaged in deciding the issues between citizens and very rarely between citizens and the government.โ€™ Subsequent decades proved Ambedkar wrong, and it is a common knowledge today that in 80% cases, government is one of the party.

๐Ÿ“ 2. Whip Cannot be issued by Parliament when acting as Jury

Noorani was also a critic of impeachment process. He had criticised adoption of this process that had fallen into disuse even in England with last impeachment taking place in 1806. He criticised P. V. Narasimha Raoโ€™s decision to issue a whip to abstain from voting on the impeachment motion of Justice V. Ramaswami as unconstitutional, since no whip can be issued when Parliament is sitting as jury during impeachment motion to pronounce verdict of guilty or not guilty.

๐Ÿง  3. Can a judge be guilty of Contempt of court in his professional capacity?

โœ… 4. Nooraniโ€™s well-researched book Political Trials (1775-1947)

โœ… 5. Criminal Defamation to Press

Noorani was an ardent advocate of freedom of press and was opposed to invocation of criminal defamation against the journalists. He even criticised Nehru government for proposing Ministers and Bureaucrats a summary remedy for criminal libel in respect of their public conduct. Even the British had not enacted such a regressive law. Noorani did appreciate Justice Jeevan Reddyโ€™s observations in Nakkheeran (1994) that a journalist need not prove what he has written is true but that he acted after reasonable verification of facts.

โœ… 6. Article 370
Kashmiris need not cry on Article 370โ€™s abrogation as in its operational mode, Article 370 was indeed more of Centreโ€™s power rather than Stateโ€™s autonomy. (40+ Constitutional orders over the period of all the governments)
