The SEC has accused Do Kwon of fraud with the Chai project — the regulator claims that the founder of Terraform Labs carried out fake transactions for the partner payment platform.
The SEC also attached fragments of correspondence to Kwon and Daniel Shin: "I can just stamp a bunch of fake transactions to wind up commissions."

▫️ “CZ Binance provoked with his tweets a decrease in the price of the #FTT token from $23.5 to $3.14.”
The plaintiffs claim that Binance owned 5% of all FTT tokens, but they were sold with balances before tweets from CZ.

The trial of Sam Bankman-Freed (former CEO of FTX) is scheduled to begin today (October 3).
