➜ Stake

➜ Select $PRYZM token & any other available token

❺ | Add liquidity

➜ Go to: testnet.pryzm.zone/pools
➜ Choose tokens
➜ Provide liquidity to the pool

❻ | Bond tokens:

➜ Go to: testnet.pryzm.zone/pryzm/bond
➜ Choose the tokens you wish to bond
➜ Specify the amount
➜ Click on "Accept and Bond"

❼ | Interact with FlowTrade

Option 1:

➜ Click on "Create flow"
➜ Select dates, interval, amount of tokens, and limit price
➜ Confirm

➜ You can try joining an existing live flow
