2. ባንኮች የውጭ ምንዛሪ ሂሳብ ላላቸው ደንበኞቻቸው ለውጭ ሀገር ክፍያ የኤሌክትሮኒክ ግብይትን ጨምሮ የሚያገለግል ዓለምአቀፍ ካርድ ማዘጋጀት እንዲችሉ ተፈቅዷል፡፡
